Placing an order
All of my products are made as keepsakes, rather than toys, as they can't be CE tested due to the nature of them being made from clothing provided by the customer. My stuffing is fire retardant, complying with British Fire Safety Regulations, and the bears are fitted with safety eyes and noses and aren't suitable for children under the age of 14 years

I aim to complete orders within two weeks but, during busier periods, orders may take 4 to 6 weeks to complete. If you need your bear by a certain date, I will aim to do this for you but please allow at least a week from when I receive your fabrics.
